At Access Doctor, we exclusively use Royal Mail to ensure your orders are delivered securely and on time. Below is an overview of our delivery process and options.

Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed by 3 PM are dispatched the same day, subject to medical approval.
• Orders placed after 3 PM are fulfilled the next working day.
• Packaging is completely discreet, with no branding.
• A signature is required by law for all medicinal product deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

• Cost: £3.49 for orders under £40
• Free: For orders over £40
• Delivery Time: 2–3 working days

Next Day Delivery – Guaranteed by 1pm.

• Cost: £6.99 flat fee for all orders.
• Delivery Time: Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day (subject to conditions).

Our Delivery Process

• A tracking code will be provided in your dispatch email.
• You can track the journey of your delivery (available with Next Day Delivery).
• Receive SMS and/or email notifications (available with Next Day Delivery).
• Delivery timelines are based on Royal Mail’s service standards.
